EZ Texting provides SMS marketing tools that help small and mid-sized businesses connect with their customers more effectively. From promotional messages to appointment reminders and holiday greetings, their platform enables businesses to communicate directly with subscribers. During my time working with them, the company was launching a new suite of AI-powered tools, which required updated branding and fresh creative assets.
As a contributing designer on the creative team, I supported a range of design initiatives. My responsibilities included blog imagery, email campaigns, landing pages, icon design, and various other marketing visuals. I worked closely with the senior designer and other departments to ensure all assets were consistent with brand standards and served the company’s marketing goals.
My focus was to assist in creating polished, on-brand visuals that made the platform feel both modern and approachable. Designs had to be clear, scalable, and versatile across web and mobile environments.
Worked in collaboration with the senior designer to develop web layouts that showcased new tools, educational resources, and product features. The designs aimed to be clean, conversion-friendly, and aligned with evolving brand guidelines.
Created responsive emails for product updates, campaigns, and customer retention. Each email balanced marketing goals with user readability—making sure CTAs and key messages stood out.
Designed graphics and banners for social platforms including LinkedIn and Instagram. The goal was to produce eye-catching posts and banners that promoted features.
Developed a library of custom icons to support web and product UI. These icons were created to be minimal, versatile, and easy to interpret across various screen sizes.
