Pottery Barn Teen partnered with Disney to launch a bedding collection featuring artwork from Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas. The collection brought together spooky, whimsical character art with PB Teen’s elevated style—perfect for fans of the film looking to add a bit of Halloween (or year-round gothic charm) to their space.
I designed all digital marketing assets to support the launch, including the landing page, homepage banners, promotional emails, and social media posts. Every asset needed to feel fun and theatrical while still aligning with the clean, polished vibe of PB Teen.
The main goal was to strike a balance, making sure the designs captured the playful, slightly eerie spirit of the film while still feeling elevated. I was mindful about where and how character art appeared, so it supported the product photography instead of overwhelming it. I also pulled from the film’s darker palette to create contrast and mood without making the layout feel too heavy.
I designed a simple landing page to showcase the collection. Full-width banners were also created for the PB Teen homepage to drive clicks towards the landing page.
This email was designed to feel both stylish and thematic. I used strategic placement of Jack Skellington and other characters to frame the products and lead the reader’s eye down the layout.
